Car windscreen got smashed :`(

Thankfully our passports and mobile phones were with us.

Drove to the police stations to report, and for investigation.

Plus calling all the banks to block my credit cards. Sigh.

Everything ended only past midnight.

Poor tigger must have been frightened :(

Woman's leg gets caught between train and MRT platform

A lady's leg got caught in between the train and MRT platform after being pushed 'out' from the train.

It happened during morning rush-hour incident at Little India station and she was lucky to escape with just bruises.

Seriously, why have the train passengers gotten this violent?

 I'm not a morning person. So I totally understand the morning rush, unhappiness and early morning syndromes.

But to create such pain on others just because of that, why?

Madam Ong, who is in her 40s, told The Straits Times yesterday: "About three people exiting the train pushed me from the back, even though I was trying to give way by stepping out of the train first so they could get out."

The above might be a one-sided story from the injured lady, but I believe there is some truth in it.

I have experienced being elbowed, pushed & knocked by branded bags held, by ladies you would think are such 淑女s if you see them outside the MRT stations.

And those incidents did not even take place in a crowded train!

They seem to be upset that they cannot have train carriages catered specially for each of them individually to board and alight without any form of 'obstacles', no hand rail/poles/bars, no nothing. If they see anything in sight, they have to KILL IT with their branded bags.

And by intentionally knocking into others (it's actually considered as assualt if the person bothers to report it) for NO REASON, they ruin the mood of those people who might in turn do things to pass it on to more people further.

It's such a damn vicious cycle.

And, a little real-time update.

M is back from utopia Japan!

It was a short trip for him, and he spent most of his time catching up with his friends in the SUJ and the SGI headquarter.

Drunk on tokyo bananas when he was back.

Hahaha.

Actually we took the photo purposely in a response to his friend's posting on instagram. She happened to post a photo of tokyo bananas just seconds before he called me and said that he'll be bringing some over. Talk about coincidences.

(i had thought he went to pass his bananas around to other girls before me lor wahahaha. okay, i'll try not to sound so crude in future)

He got me a Kaomoji, which is the Japanese version of emoticons/emoji!

Sick lil' two

So.. my laptop's at the service center AGAIN. That explains my lack of updates recently. It was down about 2 weeks back, but one of the Sony Care personnel managed to revive it for a day or so, just enough for me to share the Cebu Pacific Juan contest with u guys in my last post.

That was that. My beloved laptop didn't live me enough to let me schedule posts or anything else :(

My subsequent trips back-and-forth the Sony service centre at wisma were quite horrid. The service personnel annoyed the hell out of me.

It was until I've tried all methods on my own during the week, and nothing worked that I went back to the service centre again yesterday.

Last resort, hurhur.

But thankfully, I think I've met an angel yesterday who can save my laptop, haha!

Hopefully everything would be fine by end of the week! *fingers crossed*

My ootd yesterday. Was sick, so i grabbed the simplest dress and paired it with my usual watch and accesories. No need to think.

That's my new sandals, in a lovely shade of royal blue <3 pardon my ugly feet though.

The only good thing about specially going all the way down to wisma is, Paris Baguette! :D

Took away some custard choux ;)

I visit the cafe each time I went to drop/collect my laptop.
The puddings there are simply divine.
Sends my frustrations all away!

My favourite is the original ($4.00).
The sister prefers the chocolate ($4.50) one which I found too bitter for my liking.

Back~

Hello everybody! I’m back! My laptop is forced to reach a temporary state of “recovery” (long painful story…..) so that I can at least connect to the world better instead of relying on a 4-inch screen! Now, I’m just lacking of a 3A or 5A fuse, if anyone knows where to get it, please let me know! #expressingmillionyearsofgratitude

If you have missed me (aww..)

Amongst heavy workload (which I foresee will go on for quite some time til mid-year or Q3 at least), I’m busy planning travel trips! With le boyf, colleagues and the family separately, how exciting! I love travelling/getting out of Singapore! Even if it might be just a one-day Malaysia shopping/eating/chilling trip, it will suffice to keep me saneeee, roar.

CNY countdown~

CNY is in 3 days time but I have not prepared for it! :/

The only things I did were my nails and curls!

Maybe my skin also? Talk more about that later~

I did my usual gelish glitter french manicure a few days back.

I know i know, my nails are very short! Cos I used to play the piano and couldn't keep long nails.. So kinda gotten used to it as I grew up. Now I can't tahan my nails once they grow more than 0.5cm long, hahaha.

Anyway, my manicurist was very sweet! Gave me EXTRA BLING since it's CNY! <3

Did a new pink glitter shade for my feet, to match my mani :)

I suddenly forgot what's the name of this shade again.. :( :( 

We bumped into cai shen ye (god of fortune) after my pedi lols.
Lucky lucky! :D
Pardon my bloated face, cos i only slept like 3-4 hours for consecutive few days prior to that :/

For hair, I permed it last month at Jean Yip.. The curls are loosening now to just the right softness I love :) 

Look at my hair! Not the mussels! (the mussels are really yummy with the vin blanc sauce btw! lolol)

But I really like the shape of my hair/curls that day! :) 

And my skin has really IMPROVED after taking Brands innershine marine collagen.

It's more supple and smooth now. Even has a slight pinkish glow if I couple the collagen intake with an earlier bedtime :p

My photoshoot went well :)

Now I'm left with things that I need to put onto myself for the CNY - dress, shoes, bags etc.

I have a vintage-looking yellow floral dress which I like a lot. But parents think that I should probably wear something brighter and more cheery on chu yi.

Sister took the coral one which I mentioned previously that I got it as one of my CNY dresses :/

I have a crimson tube dress from Bonito too, but the actually shade is kinda dull.
Might keep it for chu er/san/si!
Or a wedding dinner instead. haha.
Otherwise, any takers?? Going for $33.50.
Mine's in size XS.

Went to town/JB the other day to look at clothings, but the designs are either too song2 for my liking or too exp! (i consider $40+ exp for a dress which I can find similar ones online for $30+ or less!)

So, very last-min, I have to turn to La Enchanté again, my usual supplier of clothings..

As I scroll through the archives, I found more & more cheery red/pink pieces which I did not noticed in the past :x oops. Now I'm spoilt for choices.
