It serves only hotpot for dinner. 'Reservation' starts after 5pm, and you have to be down physically at the restaurant to place your name on the waiting list.
Waiting list is usually full before 6pm I heard! :O Such a hot pot (lousy pun, but intended) indeed!
Guess what is so special about it?
COLLAGEN soup base!
No prize for guessing why it is so popoular then, especially among the ladies :)
We watched the process of preparing the hot pot over and over again while waiting for our seats. Must have seen for over 10 times :'(
The set if priced at $25 per pax, minimum 2 persons.
And these are what you'll get! So scrumptious!
The broth is made from chicken bones, boiled for 8 hours until they dissolved and solidified/kept like jellies below:
Looking like beancurd!
These pudding-like solidified soup/collagen are melted to reveal chicken pieces and serves as a tasty soup base.
Golden Jidori soup.
We drank it in the sake cups provided before any other ingredients were added into the pot.

The soup is thick, yet not too overwhelming.
Slightly saltish for me, but with every mouth I took, it feels like my skin is getting more springy and elastic. Hahaha!
Soup is refillable upon request.
So drink to yourheart's beauty's content!

Minimum order is a 2pax set shown above.
Just from the look of it, you know how healthy the pot is for our bodies with the colourful ingredients, consisting of mainly leafy greens and lean meat!
Tori Tsukuni
Chicken meatbal in a wooden spatula for easy cooking~
Whole shrimps that help to tone up the soup base even further!
Each set also comes with a choice of mochi mochi noodle, rice noodle, or thin egg noodle.
We had mochi mochi noodle since I read somewhere that it is the recommendation choice.
It sure didn't fail my expectation!
The noodles were QQ and springy, like mochi! What an apt name for it :)
The professional helped us with the hotpot.
See how beautiful she made it to be! ^^
Watemelon radish.
So pretty.
Do they have it in supermarkets??
Just one more pic since it's so good to look at :)
We ordered some sides as well.

4 unique types of spices you should try with the chicken meat.
From the top left (in clockwise direction): Red chili oil, Yuzu pepper, Negi ginger oil, Chili shoyu
We ordered some sides as well.
I forgot what is this called, but apparently this is 'Very famous in Japan!' :D
It turns out to be warm japanese/gluttinous rice wrapped with grilled bacon/pork and cheese or other 3 options you can choose.
Egg pudding (creme brulee)
Tsukada Nojo has a very cute loyalty system that promotes its customers after every 2 or 3 visits!
Since it was the first time for me and Chee, we started out as assistant manager yesterday :p
Each time you get a promotion, Tsukada Nojo will give 'rewards' like free appetizers or side dishes and so on.
Our next level would be the Manager! Hohoho.
And here's the complimentary dessert we got.
Matcha pudding with very cute chocolate art~
Arigato! ^^
Got macaroons again since there was Canele just 2 levels down.
