Chingay 2012!

 No prize for guessing where i went ;)    Rushed down to the Chingay preview after work.Thanks to the sis for the tix! The family went to support her!  Actually my first time attending the street parade as audience.Usually if i'm not performing, i wouldn't want to go n squeeze with the crowd! :XThankfully there're seats for us this year, so i gladly went :)   The pre-parade stuffs outside the F1 pit.    Balloon lion!        Pretty costume!  while we waited to enter..



 

 Cute baby wearing noise-cancelling earphones! lol.The music was really damn loud. Attempted the do the windmill thingy while waiting for the show to start.

   Floats and more floats..


  Such a sweet couple luh!They were liddat throughout the fireworks display!   Met mel on the way out.SUCH A COINCIDENCE CAN.we were slowly making our way out to avoid the crowd, and saw him trying to walk out from the water of the parade area. wahhaa.he was on the soka/finale item float reciting daisaku ikeda's poem. Met the PM on the way back..   And look who else was there,Yummmmmahmeee..  A very friendly guy in real life, so different from seeing him as a RO then!No wonder he was so stiff, must be weird being so serious in front of the whole Singapore.Anyway, he's really a funny person.Taught me to do signs when taking photographs. "Will look better!"LOL.  Bunned up my hair during the parade cos it was so hot!Despite the grandstand being windy blah blah.. SO, my hair got curled up liddat when i got home. pardon the dirty mirror :X 

Maybe i should consider a perm! ;)
