Chalkboard decor always attracts me~

Kinda old school but still serves its purpose pretty well and makes the whole place feels more fun and lively :)

There's a corner where the cold dishes and desserts are kept in an 'open-concept' fridge.

Prefer choosing my food that way.

I'm a very visual person :p

Unique olive oil & vinegar container.

Complimentary bread.

I often try not to have more than 2 pieces of the bread (even though they're always nice and fresh!), so that I can leave more stomach space for the main courses.

But these, I finished 3 of them off! :x

There're two kinds of bread, i prefer the walnut one. Soft with a lil' crunchiness from the walnuts, perfect!

Lobster bisque which I must try at every restaurant.

This is slightly more watery than I would fancy.

But the lobster cubes were a bonus :)

Huge portobello mushroom which was filled with (more) mushrooms!

Gosh, thankfully the combination came out well somehow and I finished almost all!

Beef lasagne.

This is for the meat lovers. The serving of beef was GENEROUS.

With everything tasting so good, I ate a lot and couldn't have desserts after the meal :/

Would go back again to try the desserts! :)

Happy mooncake mid-autumn day everyone!

The moon's indeed lovely tonight :)

Been eating mooncakes every single day since the start of the lunar august. High sugar, high cholesterol, high calories!!

Sugar high, LOL.

In contrast, sugar-FREE ones from Delcie's. I heard their sugar-free and egg-free cakes are really delicious! So bought a box of the mixed flavours.  It's slightly more ex than normal mooncakes @ $90++ per box. But I'm sure it is worth it for vegetarian or people who can't take sugar :) It was a gift, so I haven't tried the mooncakes personally!

My favourite this year is those traditionally baked double-yolk ones from Marina Mandarin.

The yolk is so huge and yummy. 

(Wonder if i'm eating yolk or mooncake actually :x)

Merry x'mas!

PHEW.Was busy with the CNY lightup and subsequently IKK meeting and Chingay dmkk performances.Plus work for year-end closing.Totally tired out! :( Still, quite an enjoyable festive season this year!Love my new workplace.Met up with lots of friends and ex-classmates to catch up.  Random photos.Was at xf's house earlier in the day on x'mas eve. But somehow i lost the photos :(  All of us had to don on the x'mas hats!So sweet of her to prepare for everyone!
